In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we work the process on your behalf. We will put together the eviction packet for the real estate attorney to ensure all legal steps are in compliance with the law, and filed as quickly as possible with the courts. On the day of the eviction, we will meet with the city deputies and document the condition of the home to recover any damages and can get it back to rent ready shape for a new tenant right away.
