Collecting Rent For Your Investment
Collecting rent is easy if you have the perfect tenant who pays on time! But what if they don’t? Having someone in your corner who knows tenant law and the proper notices to send is critical!
If a tenant has gone beyond the grace period of the lease we provide them with a late rent notice, promptly enforcing your Rights as the Landlord. Worse case, if we have a tenant that does stop paying rent, we will assist in the eviction process and re-renting the property quickly.
We make paying rent easy for tenants with the online tenant portal that can be accessed 24/7. We process all payment methods right away, which means we can pay you out faster.
Rent is due between the 1st and the 5th of each month. If rent is brought in after the 5th, it is then considered late.

Eviction Protection
In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we work the process on your behalf. We will put together the eviction packet for the real estate attorney to ensure all legal steps are in compliance with the law, and filed as quickly as possible with the courts. On the day of the eviction, we will meet with the city deputies and document the condition of the home to recover any damages and can get it back to rent ready shape for a new tenant right away.
